I‘m a single mother with a great coparenting relationship, cycle breaker, and Transformational Guide for women.
Some of us have gone through hell to guide others out— I am one of those women.
My mission is to guide other women to heal themselves, their homes, and leave a legacy of health and fulfillment for their children.

I believe that to heal trauma, we must first allow ourselves to feel the emotions of it without getting trapped in mental narratives.
I also believe that we are not meant to remain in emotional turbulence. There is much to learn from emotions, and in the end, our power returns to us when we let them go.
